Is spray-paint allowed in my hand bag?

ok im going away to bangladesh, and like i wanna take black spray paint, and do some art there, but is it possible for spray-paint to be taken on my hand bagIs spray-paint allowed in my hand bag?
No, not since 9/11 made air safety rules annoyingly stricter. Your best bet is to buy a can of spray paint at your destination, or if you have a layover or stop, there.
