What does spray paint, or car-paint (with air-brush) do to you if you inhale it?
I guess there are varying degrees of expostion, from breathing it close range, to smelling it in the street...Spray paint danger to health?

Depending on level of exposure, it can make you feel dizzy, nauseous, cause brain damage or even kill you in large quantities.
Go out and buy a good respirator with the right cartridges
One thing is certain, if you are using any of those as inhalants, you can experience permanent brain damage, have an aneurysm or a heart attack and the risk increases with each exposure. Intentionally inhaling those chemicals is just plain dangerous and extremely stupid. If however you are actually painting a surface in a well ventilated area, the risk is much less hazardous.
