Is spray paint dangerous, once it has dried on the surface?

Maybe some of the toxins could be slightly dangerous, but only if so much is inhaled. What is the best sprapaint for graffiti? I forget, but it doesn't have that. Idk, stupid inside joke u probably won't understand, but I forget what brand me %26amp; ? used to tag stuff. Anyway, it doesn't hurt you, less toxins or something, idk. I feel tired and sick, so don't get on me for this long answer, please. I'm just thinking out loud.
