I want to make a shirt with a stencil i designed and i want it to be navy blue or black, with white writing. I was thinking of spray painting, because it would be cheap and easy. But how could i get the white spray paint to stay in the dark colored cotton ?Spray paint clothing?
You will need to get white fabric paint. It is available at craft stores (Joann's, Michael's) even some stores (Fred Meyer, Walmart) could carry it. The paint is liquid and will need to be put on with a brush, or if you have a template you could use a stencil brush.
