Are you referring to grip tape on a Paintball gun? I don't know of anyone that uses grip tape on an actual firearm....Will spray paint hurt your griptape?
Either on a gun or on a skateboard it'll hurt the tapes function, which is to hold you better. Even the colored grip tape sucks it doesn't last as long but would last a lot longer than painting some.Will spray paint hurt your griptape?
Do not spray paint on a gun you like unless you practice on several you don't like or use. You are better off getting a product called McNett's Camo Form. It's a camo tape that sticks to itself only and contains no adhesive. It's strong, durable and remains on the gun protecting it through all kinds of weather.
