How to remove spray paint?

my little brother(his 8) spray painted on the road and we need to cover it up the road is black the paint is yellow can we get if off if not should we cover it with more paint and the same paint sprayed on a community sign could we get it off or cover it up

I would spray paint the road with black paint and use a product called Goof Off on the sign. Professional Painters use Goof Off if that tells you how good it is.

Cover the paint on the road with black paint. The sign can probably be cleaned using steel wool and hot soapy water.


Scrub lightly with the steel wool only on the places where the spray paint is.
