im painting with a metallic chrome (silver) base coat with a bright pink. when i do the silver its fine but when i spray the pink on it, it gets little cracked lines in the pink-like its antique. how do i stop the cracks?Lines in my spray paint?
You are using two incompatible paints.Lines in my spray paint?
Are you sure the metallic chrome is a good primer?
Sounds like it's a top-coat.
Also, old paint will crack like that too.
