You don't use spray paint. You use fabric paint. Stencils are available at Michaels, or any other craft store. HUNDREDS to choose fromSpray paint stencils or templates
it's best to make your own.. besides that.. the best pre-made stencils come from stuff you just print out, you're gonna have to cut them out anyway, so any picture will work.
