Block peoples spays in l4d? ah...spray over them? lul its kinda a..very..open...question...
and if your talking about making it so they DONT appear i think there is an option in the ah...options menu...though im not about to launch it up to look causers im lazyHow do you block other peoples spray paints in left 4 dead?
There are a few things you can try. Finding servers that do not support them is one option, but that usually forces you to play on servers with other modifications which might alter gameplay.
Check your options menu, Valve have included an option for denying sprays in the past.
Check the command list. This is a last ditch effort, as you'll need to have the developer console enabled and input a command every time you connect to a server, but if it bugs you that much, go for it.
