any idea how to get spray paint of a car window!?Spray paint on a car window!!??
straight edge razor blade, ooo steel wool. gas and a rag.Spray paint on a car window!!??
get a new windshield- not gonna come off
The paint will come off with ease if you use laquor thinner. Just don't get it on your paint job. Note: it will not hurt your skin, might make your hands a bit dry; but lotion will fix that. don't get it into your eyes, might burn a little
Laquer thinner form hardware store work best- safe for getting spraypaint off auto enamel, too- use household gloves if there's a lot to do; it's kinda toxic.
If it's just a smidge, use fingernail paint remover: same stuff.
use a straight edge window cleaner, like what you would get your stickers off with. scrape all you can off the window, then get some mineral spirits or paint remover and start wiping. Be careful with the straight edge and don't scratch the window. Also don't get the paint remover on the paint of the car.
This is what I would try.
*Then kill the little devil that painted it. Good luck
Its not that hard to remove, use a razor blade to scrape off what you can, mineral spirits to clean the rest, be careful not to spill any on your paint.
get you a clay bar and follow the directions . should come right off .
get ya one of those PAL single -edge razor blades and scrap it right off.
Next time use shoe polish
Assuming this isn't on the rear window defroster area where you could damage the defroster, paint is pretty easy to get off with a one sided razor blade and use Windex or some kind of glass cleaner to help break up the paint as you scrap it off. Also be careful of the rubber around the glass not to cut it up.
What ever you do don't use paint thinner if you just painted the car.
Windex and a razor blade works and don't cut yourself and next time tape up the windows before you paint.
