Some people are actually responsible and quite artistic with spray paint, and create beautiful paintings. Others decide that profanity and crude pictures are the way to go, which is why people are so skeptical about spray paint in the first place.Should spray paint be lliegel?
As much as some people hate to clean it off the sides of buildings and alleyways, spray paint is realistically the same as any other type of paint, simply in aerosol form. Street artists use spray paint because its faster and easier and more versatile than a can of paint and a brush. By making it illegal, you would be taking away their means as artists. (Not fair!) If people choose to huff it, hey- let them be huffers, its not hurting us.
HELL NO! if it was illegal i wouldn't be enjoying this high right now, lol. Just kidding i just had to say that. no but really it shouldn't because like that other person said, some people are really talented with that stuff. Heck, my entire high school lived off that stuff. We had a rock you could paint whatever you wanted on. usually stuff like '10 sucks and stuff.
I think spray paints all right as long as its not used to harm yourself[as in huffing]


I also think graffiti by spray paint shouldn't be painted over because its someones art.
