POLL: Spray Paint Graffiti, Art or Crime?

And why?

Merci

=)POLL: Spray Paint Graffiti, Art or Crime?
...an artistic CRIME...

POLL: Spray Paint Graffiti, Art or Crime?
It depends on where the graffiti is, if its on property that's not the ';Spray Painter's'; property then its a crime. Otherwise, if its something that wouldn't get that person or persons in trouble its art. There are many people out there that may be good at it and its a waste if you don't put it to good use.
It all depends where and what the graffiti looks like. Like I know plenty of graffers who only do collages on like broken down trains and non used walls. Nothing that has a long history. Graffiti can be both, an art and a crime, just depends where it is and what it looks like.
i think it depends where it is spraypainted. i think itz so kewl da way people do it. wen i use 2 live in NY- my grandparents lived in New Hyde Park. if u wouuld walk 2 da sore- there would be this HUGE wall- that some1 graffitied it- but it was of da Statue Of Liberty- nd da Twon Towers w/ 9/11- done but neva 4goten. it was so beautiful. Some it depends- but i think i would say more of art! sry i gave u a story- but i just luv it!
Art: Becuase it's a way to express yourself without the limit of the canvas.

Crime: Because sometimes people just do it to put gang signs and names on peoples property.

I just couldn't choose one %26gt;.%26lt;
-I believe that it is an art when done correctly. I've seen some beautiful murals in New York that was done completely with spray paint.

-Although if used in an illegal demeanor like tagging it is crime.
Art because that way you don't harm anyone and you usually don't get in trouble.

De rien.
Both. There are some amazing graffiti artists out there. But people sloppily tagging names on trash cans is not art.
Hmmm, depends on the beholder. The majority of the time though.....crime.
Art once its not on something illegally!
Art. Unless it's that stupid 'gang' graffiti
Art...
sorry its a crime
crime
art
depends where its done
