I could teens spray painting my house last night, what kind of charges?

Last night about 11:45 I heard some people talking and the sound of a paint ball (rattle) inside a spray paint can. I called the police and they saw the red paint on the side of my house was also the same color of the paint they had in their hand. What kind of charges are they going to face? I believe the officer said they were 13 and 17 years old.I could teens spray painting my house last night, what kind of charges?

vandalism. maybe graffiti. and gang violence. i'd put up security cameras right away!

Defacing a residential property...They are minors, they will get some sort of probation, maybe a little community service(usually covering graffitti throughout the commuity..and thier parents will have to pay to have your problem they caused corrected..Unless they have been in trouble for this a few times before..they will get the minimum..It's up to thier parents to make them pay back to them ..either by chores...restriction..or a good old trip to the ';woodshed';
Vandalism, and depending where you live, there may be added charges for graffiti and gang activity. I'd put up security cameras right away.
Gross stupidity should be the charge. Hopefully, they'll have to cover restitution %26amp; pay for the repairs.






Vandalism. The seventeen year old might get something worse, but they will both have to pay to have the paint removed.
Malicious mischief and vandalism for sure.
