legally you have to be 18, but i have gotten by the art store checkout with a gallon of paint thinner, which is in the same category as spray paint. you will have a better chance of getting through if you go to the checkout with a real person, not self ckeckout and say your painting your bike before they can say anything. i think the reason i get by with thinners is because the cashiers know me and that i have bought oil paint there before, so i am an artist, not some freak who wants to get high on paint thinner- oh and btw im 12How old do can i be to buy spray paint?
you can be any age to buy spray paint. If someone tells you cant buy spray paint theyre just stupid...lol. why have you tried buying spray paint and they denied you?
